Discovery scope
We use query-led discovery. A dedicated daily retention job deletes source metadata older than exactly 90 days. We do not crawl or store full third-party articles. Retained metadata may include the canonical URL, title, publisher, publication and discovery dates, source classification, and locale.
Evidence standard
Regulatory claims require an official source. Other factual claims require a verified primary source or two independent organizations. Every citation retained for a public editorial localization is rendered as a clickable external source link.
Locale and media gate
English and Chinese are reviewed as separate publications. We never fall back across languages. A visual brief is not a cover image: publication requires a meaningful alt text and an approved media record whose exact localization-owned object exists in the private published-covers bucket. Public delivery is mediated by the publication gate.
